Fully Managed Support Contracts

Aimed at customers who would like a fixed cost for all of their IT support requirements, including:
  • Remote and on-site support with agreed response times
  • Full proactive support and preventative maintenance of all IT systems. This consists of timely application of software patches, complete backup & anti-virus management, firewall and network monitoring as well as a whole host of value added services
  • Server operating system and backup monitoring
  • Regular updates to discuss and resolve any issues
  • Consultancy and recommendations for moving forward with your IT infrastructure
Ad Hoc Consultancy

This pay-as-you-go pricing structure is designed for customers who either have in-house IT staff or do not anticipate their usage of our support and consultancy services to be very frequent. This is a reactive service and as such, no preventative maintenance is performed unless requested.
We charge a fixed call out fee, which includes the first hour of work and then time is charged hourly if more time on site is required.

PC Health Check and Workshop Repairs

We can arrange for collection and drop off of your PC systems to come in to us for a Health Check to ensure the PC is running at full efficiency and free of all potential security risks and virus infections. We will also advise of any potential shortcomings with your PC and provide quotations for upgrades if required.
Should you experience a PC failure, we can normally provide initial diagnosis of the problem within 24 hours of being delivered to our workshop and most repairs are completed within three to five working days.
For high urgency problems we offer a Fast Track service which guarantees immediate response for your PC and normally completion within one working day.

Remote Support Services

Not only do we provide support via telephone, but due to the PC Clinic's extensive investments in acquiring the latest technology in Remote Support applications the PC Clinic has the capacity to remotely assist users or take full control of your PC via the internet, without the need of the end user installing complex software and or configuring firewalls etc.
